It is worth reminding that one of our first actions as the Government was to sign a Collective Agreement, in collaboration with our social partners, which improved the working and living conditions of healthcare workers, thereby ending a one-month strike that primarily affected patients. We continuously support all projects within the healthcare system, and the Government has secured a loan of 45 million KM for projects such as the construction of the Children's Clinic at the University Clinical Hospital Mostar and the renovation, expansion, and equipping of the remaining two hospitals in the Canton - said President Buhač, emphasizing that today's handover of modern vehicles for rapid medical intervention is just a continuation of regular activities and a preview of vehicle procurement for other health centers throughout the current year.
Speaking about healthcare financing in the HNŽ, Minister Bevanda emphasized that the HNŽ Budget for 2024 allocates 12 million KM, of which 8 million is for hospitals and 4 million for health centers.
