Students from Neum High School visited the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Mostar, where they were introduced to the study programs offered at the Faculty.
The Vice Dean for Science of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Mostar, Prof. Dr. Marko Odak, and Assistant at the Department of Information Sciences, Matea Lovrić, explained the possibilities of studying at the Faculty and presented 17 study groups. Vice Dean Odak stated that this visit allows high school seniors to become acquainted with the environment that awaits them soon.
The high school students visited the Faculty accompanied by their teacher, Marijana Džono, who emphasized the importance for students to learn about the study programs offered at the Faculty.
The President of the Information Sciences Students' Club, Ivan Miletić, and first-year Information Sciences student Anja Perić Komšić introduced the seniors to extracurricular activities through the work of ten student associations and clubs active at the Faculty of Philosophy.
Some study groups at the Faculty are studied exclusively as single-subject programs, some as double-subject programs, while certain ones can be studied both as single-subject and double-subject programs. Considering all combinations at the undergraduate level, it is possible to enroll in 63 different study groups.
