Students from Antun Branko Šimić Secondary School in Grude and Ljubuški Grammar School visited the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Mostar, where they were introduced to the study programs offered by the Faculty.
Accompanied by professors Mile Logara, Antonija Jurčić, and Antonia Ivandić, the students participated in the visit as part of the project “Enhancing Youth Competencies on Political Topics Through Media (Youth-Politics-Media)” implemented by the Faculty of Humanities and the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As part of the project, Prof. Dr. Ivana Sivrić held a workshop on Media and Politics on SUM TV, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ana-Mari Bošnjak delivered a session on Youth Participation and Political Engagement in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Lucija Mandić, a senior assistant in Information Science studies, explained the opportunities available for studying at the Faculty and presented the 17 undergraduate study groups offered. The students were also introduced to extracurricular activities through the work of ten student associations and clubs operating within the Faculty of Humanities.
